Q - Can I get ready made frames in a size not shown?

A - Yes, it is possible to get many of the ready made frames we carry in non standard sizes. Please call or email with your specifications. Please note that custom-built products are not returnable.

Q - There are many picture frames stores that sell at discounts, why don't you?

A - We have always believed in the philosophy that you get what you pay for and honest everyday pricing. No store could afford to really give you 30% to 60% off of a regular price. So they falsely inflate their products prices just to claim that they discount. Or worse, they sell you an inferior product or service that isn't worth what is sells for in the first place. Michaels stores got sued for this type of fake sales discounting and lost! We are proud of the fact that we give our customers the absolute best quality, service and selection at everyday pricing.

Q - What is your custom framing turnaround time?

A - Our turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks. We can also accommodate rush orders as quick as same day with our huge in stock collection of mats and frames.

Q - Do you repair damaged frames, artwork and replace broken glass?

A - Yes. We can repair most damaged frames and we work with expert art restorers for artwork repair.

Q - If I get something framed and don't like how it came out, what can I do?

A - We are extremely proud of the fact that we get the job done right the first time. From the initial design to the finished product we strive for perfection. In over 37 years of business we have framed well over 100,000 pictures and have had less than 50 pieces not be right! So in the unlikely event that something is not right, we work with you to make it right!

Q - How long does it take to get something printed?

A - Since we do all of our printing and photo products in house our turnaround times are very quick. Online regular print orders (wallet size up to 24x30) are usually done in a few hours. In store kiosk print orders are typically done while you wait. Specialty photo products (such as mugs, books and mouse pads) take 1 to 2 days. Canvas prints take 3 - 4 days. If you have a specific need or turnaround requirement, call or email us with the details and we can give you more specific answers.

Q - Can I get a clock in other sizes?

A - Yes. Because we make most of the clocks we sell, we can custom make them in just about any size.

Q - How do I know if the photo I send you for a clock is good enough quality and how it will look as a clock?

A - We inspect each image that is uploaded for quality and clarity. We then create a digital proof of what the finished clock will look like that we email to you for approval. At this time you can request any minor adjustments that might be needed before we build it.

Q - If I order a photo clock and don't like the way the picture came out, can I return or replace it?

A - Custom printed items are not returnable. Therefore it is exteremly important that you choose your pictures well. That is why we do a digital proof. We can however, for an additional charge, replace the picture in the clock for you.

Q - I am looking for a mirror to fit a certain style and space and don't see what I am looking for on the web site. Can you make me one?

A - Yes. Most of the mirrors we sell, we build to customers needs. We have over 2000 frames to choose from and can make a mirror in just about any size you need. Take a look at our frame vendors to see what styles of frame we have available.
Please note: Mirrors made to non-standard sizes are not returnable.

Q - If I buy a product online and return it to the store, do I get the shipping charges back?

A - No. All shipping charges are not refundable.

Q - Do the images on the screen look exactly like what I will receive?

A - We have made every effort to make the images we display on this web site as accurate as possible. However, due to differences in computer screen settings and calibrations, images will vary from screen to screen and may look slightly different then the actual product.

Q - If I receive a product and it is defective, how long does it take to get a new one.

A - Replacement orders will be sent out within 48 hours as long as we have it available.
